The free municipality of Saint-Martin traditionally produces 'ginglet', a wine grown on the slopes of Pontoise and its surroundings. Offered at the table of Saint Louis, it is still tasted today at the Saint-Martin fair. The producers will be happy to make you discover the product of their harvest.
