Every day, the kitchens of the Garance restaurant sublimate with simplicity and finesse the exceptional products straight from their own vegetable garden, orchard, and limousine breeding located on the Garance farm in Magnac-Laval. In love with plants, the Garance menu follows the seasons and is based on an exemplary approach, recognized by X eco-friendly macarons. Guillaume Muller, the founder of the Garance restaurant, and Romain Goyeneche will show you how they use sustainable and exceptional products in the Garance restaurant in the 7th district of Paris.
