The challenge

Two great chefs - Clémence Gomy and Allison Lamotte - a seasonal basket, and two hours to cook a sweet vegetarian recipe of haute-gastronomie: this is the culinary challenge of Yum 2022! To help them, a brigade of 16 amateurs, and to decide them, 20 visitors of the GoodPlanet Foundation!

The unfolding

To punctuate this event, detail the speeches of these personalities, and encourage the brigades, Ninon Gouronnec, cook of the GoodPlanet school, will animate the competition. She will not hesitate to put her feet in the dish by evoking with them the common ideas around gastronomy, and the stakes of a more sustainable diet.

Join the brigade

To set up the brigades, the GoodPlanet Foundation and the chiefs will mobilize their communities a few weeks earlier by asking Internet users who follow them to share their idea of a recipe around the imposed basket. To have the chance to come and cook by his side, each participant will be invited to post (format stories, posts or real) his #assiettegoodplanet and to mention the Foundation and the Chef whose team he wishes to join.
Each chief will have the opportunity to draw lots of 4 people from his community, who will form part of his brigade on D-Day. The rest of the teams will be formed by the general public participants registered on the spot on the same day.
Competition also means tasting! A jury of 20 people, drawn by lot among those registered, will have the heavy final task of judging and determining the best of the GoodPlanet plates.
The rest of the general public, through an outdoor ambulatory tour in the Clearing, will be able to witness the live productions. Both duels will also be visible on large screens.
