During its last 20 years of operation, Seguin Island will have to cope with many changes in terms of work organisation, staff training and management. What was the climate? How did thousands of people from different cultures and backgrounds work together? to reach a production target of 1200 vehicles? We will talk about the tools, the experiences put in place during this period to deal with this situation.
