Guided walk with free heritage and nature
As every year, the association "Mémoire de Lozère" offers you to (re)discover the rich historical heritage of the district of Lozère in Palaiseau by joining a walk commented free through the streets and green spaces of this former hamlet.
The departure will take place in front of the station "Palaiseau-Villebon" of the RER B (address: 2, bld Nicolas Sanson) (GPS Lat Coord: 48.707662/ Long 2.237343)

Please note the possibility to park in the parking lot located at number 61 of Avenue du Général Leclerc, in front of the Jesse Owens gymnasium (this one being on the route shortly after the departure, possibility to join the hike at this place for people who parked their vehicle there).
• Approximate duration of the hike: 1h30 to 2h00 (arrival at the station of "Lozère-Ecole Polytechnique" scheduled around 16h30/17h00)
• Level: easy (accessible to children but not recommended for people with reduced mobility and strollers)
• Content: thanks in particular to period photographic documents, this guided walk will allow participants to better know, along the way, the built heritage and some places of memory evoking famous people who lived in Palaiseau, but also the natural heritage, the preservation of which is essential to our quality of life.
