The Sucy-en-Brie Historical and Archaeological Society is presenting at the Orangerie of the Château de Sucy its annual exhibition on "Crafts and Industrialization in Sucy". There will be evoked the proto-craftsmen who left a treasure of points and arrows at Fort de Sucy, the building trades that contributed to the transformation of the city, with the help of the shipyards, carpenters and woodcutters, bakers and butchers of the old times, the fashion trades and industrialization in the twentieth century, represented by Saint-Gobain, the gas plant, the RATP workshops, the Amboile mill and the recent companies installed in the Petits Carreaux area. Se evocarán los protoartesanos que dejaron un tesoro de puntas y flechas en el Fuerte de Sucy, los oficios de la construcción que contribuyeron a la transformación de la ciudad, con el concurso de los astilleros, carpinteros y leñadores, los panaderos y carniceros del tiempo antiguo, los oficios de la moda y la industrialización en el siglo XX, representada por Saint-Gobain, la fábrica de gas, los talleres de la RATP, el molino de Amboile y las empresas recientes instaladas en la zona de los Petit Carreaux. Una mesa redonda animada por profesionales ilustrará la actividad de algunos artesanos sucycianos.
