The European Heritage Days at the Coffee Mill begin on Friday evening with the opening of the Barcarolle season. They continue with guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays. Built between 1836 and 1840 by architect Pierre Bernard Lefranc, this Italian-style theatre is today one of the few buildings in Europe to have been modified little, having preserved its old machinery.

The Town hall of Saint-Omer is the work of the architect Pierre-Bernard Lefranc. Indoors, Italian-style theatre is the central element of the building. His(Her,Its) conception(design) dates years 1834-1835\. The decoration(set) of the room is of neoclassical style but underwent important modifications at the beginning of the XXth century. The last campaign(countryside) of restoration(catering) dates the environment(middle) of 1990s. The theatre closed to the public since 1973 for safety reasons is under way of rehabilitation since 2016\. His(Her,Its) unveiling is planned(provided for) in September, 2018.
