Three guided tours, led by a guide-lecturer, will be organized during the day, at 10 am, 11 am and 1.30 pm. The monuments of the course will include the courtyard of honour, the hall of the psychiatric clinic, the cultural center and the swimming pool, with an artistic and friendly conclusion in the Horticultural Center of Emile Senteurs.
The artistic events will be proposed by: - La Voyageuse Immobile, a company created by SwaN Blachère in 2013. The artist offers shows that combine current and traditional life stories. SwaN is a storyteller, director and also a trainer. She is interested in the connections that can be made between mythologies, traditional tales, and the singular stories of each person. She will present a story about the “green basin” that will interweave the history of the institution with the stories of people working on the hospital today. His two performances will take place after the first visit, at 11:00 am, so that the guide “drops” the people where it will take place. The second, in the same way, will take place at 2:30. - Collectif Meute, founded in 2019 by Sarah Théry, lyric singer, and Claire Pasquier, stage designer. The Collectif Meute questions the place of art and more specifically of lyrical art in our contemporary world. Strongly established in the territory of Hauts-de-France, the Collectif Meute was built around sharing creative time with everyone. The artists will propose an exhibition, tracing the history of the place, and the relationship of people to the place today, which will be visible in the greenhouse of the Horticultural Center. This exhibition will be complemented by a streaming soundtrack, which will echo the musical impromptus proposed by the artists in the gardens. The collective La Meute will also offer 3 electro-lyrical concerts of about twenty minutes in the day: at 11:30, 12:30 and 15:30.
Event organized within the framework of the 39th European Heritage Days, which will take place on 17 and 18 September 2022 around the theme "Sustainable heritage".
