Visit the Lycée Alexandre Ribot, founded in the 19th century, with Mr. Gilbert Fillebeen, former professor of History-Geography of the establishment. Located in three former colleges: those of the Walloon Jesuits, English and the seminary; it is the oldest high school of the Pas-de-Calais.
Meeting in front of the school gates, 42 rue Gambetta, Saint-Omer. Duration: 1h15 approx. Free.

The Alexandre Ribot high school is the most old(most former) of the Department of Pas-de-Calais. First installed(settled) in a part(party) of the old(former) middle school(college) of the Walloon Jesuits, the high school extended progressively to the old(former) middle school(college) of the English Jesuits (XVIIIth century) and to the old(former) episcopal seminary(seminar) (XVIIth century) and new buildings(ships) were realised in the XIXth and XXth centuries.
