THE STATION OF TOURCOING From 1842, train passengers can stop at Tourcoing. A railway station built in 1846 quickly became inadequate in the face of industrial growth. A new station built by architect Sidney Dunnett, inaugurated in 1906, has just regained its lustre in 2022. The ongoing requalification project aims to create a metropolitan multimodal hub. • Exhibition of the model of the Tourcoing station by Rail 59, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm • Commented visit, Sunday at 3pm – duration 1h Place Semard, Tourcoing
