**Saturday, September 17, follow the visit of the architect who rehabilitated the places of this exceptional religious ensemble in magnificent housing.**The architecture of the Carmel is a model of Brutalist architecture. On the land donated by the Count of Montalembert to the Kerith association, Philippe Lepère was inspired by Le Corbusier to create 500 m2 of white painted concrete modules.
In 1997, a family of architects settled in the common areas: refectory, chapel and places of prayer. Three families buy the buildings in the park, converted into houses. The architects rehabilitate the Carmel in the respect of the original project, then ask for its classification in historical monuments. The inscription in the Additional Inventory of facades and roofs is pronounced on November 21, 2001.
