In a small group, you will have the chance to discover behind the scenes of the library and explore its treasures: books illustrated with original engravings by artists such as Fernand Léger, Joan Miró or Pablo Picasso, artists' books, magazinesartistic guards, heritage archives such as those of Michel Nedjar, rich in photographs, correspondence and documents that document both his own work and the history of L'Aracine.
During the tour, you will also discover how this rich collection of modern art, contemporary art and raw art is carefully preserved.

Only museum in Europe to present at the same time main components of the art of the XXth and XXIth centuries, modern art, contemporary art and naive art, its history(story) becomes confused with that of donations received by the urban community(district) of Lille. Conceived(Designed) in 1970s, as part of the national politics(policy) of arrangement(development) of the new cities, the museum is created at the beginning of 1980s.
