The GIS (Scientific Interest Group) «Rémoulade» (Reuse for ecological purposes), composed of professors Tudor and Meunier, is working on a project to rehabilitate mills.
They would especially like to thank Mr. Jean Bruggeman for his work in renovating mills around the world and for having made available to them all his historical and technical knowledge.
The wind will become a valuable source of energy. It is therefore a question of rehabilitating the mills in their primary functions (flour, forging, etc.) and also of assigning them innovative, sometimes surprising functions..
