Razed to the ground during the First World War, Vimy Forest still bears the traces of the fighting that devastated the Artois ridges in 1917. Trees and forests are a natural heritage to be preserved. Visit proposed by the Country of Art and History and the Environment Department of the Lens-Liévin agglomeration community in collaboration with the National Office of Forests. 2h30 RDV: parking of the Canadian memorial in front of the monument of the Moroccan division
