E. Dancoisne

Who remembers that the City of Crépy-en-Valois hosted a maternity which saw the birth of many of its inhabitants? And even more, who remembers that this project to build a maternity home was a long-term job?
In the continuity of its work dedicated in 2019 to the figure of the former mayor, Michel Dupuy, the Société d'Histoire et d'archéologie du Valois offers you a complete event to learn everything from this little-known part of the history of the City.
From 10H > 18H , at the HÔTEL D'ORLEANS: Maternity projects in Crépy-en-Valois (1920-1960): a whole story!
Unpublished exhibition of documents organized by the SHAV with the collaboration of the municipal archives of Crépy-en-Valois.
14h: conference by Eric Dancoisne, President of the Société d'Histoire et d'archéologie du Valois.
This communication will be followed by a commented walk on the sites to see and understand the issues of this institution and the health issues, more topical than ever.
