The Maison du Parc, an exemplary energy renovation Also known as the Pole of reference for sustainable rural development, this Maison du Parc is a place open to stakeholders of sustainable rural development and a showcase of eco-friendly techniquesrenovation, eco-construction and local know-how. - Eco-responsibility charter signed by all stakeholders on the site. - Reuse of deconstruction materials and reduction of site waste. - Use of materials of local and regional origin (wood, straw, raw earth, biosourced insulation...) - Use of innovative and traditional construction techniques - Production of renewable energy (wood from the bocage, wind and sun)

The Wast Park House consists of:
