Free visit of the gardens of the Carmel The gardens of the Carmel, nearly 9,000 m², testify to the monastic activity of the place since the beginning of the 17th century. Indeed, the gardens met the needs of the religious community: vegetable garden, orchard, novitiate garden, cloister, etc. You can also discover the two restoration projects of the vernacular heritage currently underway in the gardens (the former orchard brewery and the oratory).
