From CD to artwork

Paper, parchment, digital coding … Since the dawn of time, archival media have evolved. With one goal in mind: preserving memory.
In the Departmental Archives of the North, due to this evolution and the obsolescence of digital formats, the documents saved on CD-Roms were transferred to storage bays.
Cut, color and invent... in the reading room, during a workshop, come deconstruct these CD holders and use them to make an artistic object. With a guide from the LaM museum, have fun creating new data!
