While preserving its family and intimate side, the Maison Martel opens its beautiful medieval crayeres dug between the 4th and 15th century, its Champagne eco-museum and its 18th century buildings. In the freshness of these medieval cellars dug by hand of man, you will discover a unique collection of machines and tools champenois, ranging from the plantation to the maintenance of the hillsides, up to the harvest, silent witnesses of an ancestral know-how.
