This house, built in the vicinity of 1810, will become in 1843 the brasserie(brewery) of the village of Colombey. The domain bears for a long time the name of " the Brasserie(Brewery) ", before passing progressively to that of Boisserie ". This country house of fourteen rooms(parts,plays), covered with woodbine and surrounded with a large 2,5 hectare ground, contains a ground floor of three rooms(parts,plays) and the alone floor having six rooms(chambers), supplemented of an adjacent detached house(flag).
