Discover the works of sculptor Ipoustéguy, an internationally renowned Meusian artist.

The exhibition «Au fil des inspirations» covers all the artistic periods of Ipoustéguy, from his formative years, through the abstract, then his work around the human figure, until the last twenty years of his life devoted to the representation of girls, shadows, still lifes and landscapes.
The sculpture of Ipoustéguy on bronze and marble is highlighted, but also his experimentation around the terracotta with the presentation of the Guardian Eater, depot of the Meuse Department, and only large ceramic work of the artist. A few sketches of sculptures are also on display, including that of the Death of Bishop Neumann, a work installed in the church of Dun-sur-Meuse.
Paintings, charcoal and watercolours complete the exhibition and echo the themes of the sculptures.
