When, from 1760 till 1763, Louis Félix Marco, lawyer(avocado) to the sovereign Council(Advise) of Alsace and bailiff of the Seigniory of Barr, made build this beautiful house on a ground near the City, its fellow citizens and citizens handled it with "madness".
