Centre Pompidou-Metz celebrates the first retrospective in France
Swiss artist Eva Aeppli. Original, independent and deeply
free, it has long remained in the shadows. Although unclassifiable and singular, its production remains exceptional. His drawings, like his textile sculptures, long figures on a human scale, anchored his
work in a humanist approach.
An exhibition to discover until November 14, 2022.

The Centre Pomidou-Metz is designed as a unique experience, a space for discovering artistic creation in all its forms, a place of life where events take place all year round. It is an exceptional place, thanks to the architecture of Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines; generous, because the public are at the heart of the project; of excellence, through multidisciplinary programming based on innovative and international temporary exhibitions designed and realized in Metz.
