You will discover the French garden created in 1661 and labeled Remarkable Garden, as well as the romantic walk added in 1846 and labeled Remarkable Tree Ensemble.

Located in the South of Langres, in the village of Cohons, the garden of Silière was created in 1661, the same year when begin works in Versailles. On an area 3 hectare and closed of walls, the garden of Silière appears mainly as a regular garden, with fountains(water jets), boxwoods, arbours and cut lindens.
In the XIXth century, a romantic walk is added on one of the sides of the regular garden. It sinue along a small stream training(forming) waterfall(stunt) and tufière and received the label «Together Sported Remarkable» of the association A.R.B.R.E.S. (Remarkable Trees: Assessment(Balance), Researches(Searches), Studies, Protection(Saving)). The garden of Silière is registered in conformance with historic monuments and prize-winner 2014 prices(prizes) of restoration(catering) French Heritage Society.
The garden of Silière and the Hanging Gardens of Cohons, were labelled Garden Remarkable for the Ministry of Culture and Communication. So, unique(only) case in France, a village of 270 inhabitants is endowed with two remarkable gardens.
