The house dates from 1605 and was in a lamentable summer and doomed to destruction. Until a passionate individual, Mr. Gérôme Balland, bought him out and embarked on a titanic job. Today, a temporary roof is installed to protect as much as possible the building that should be restored identically. This individual also owns a building similar to Fremifontaine (88).
