Discover the history of a little-known Gallo-Roman rural establishment in Lorraine!

This year, enjoy a guided walk from the castle of Moyen to the site of the Bois de Lana, discover the rare vestiges of the ancient past of Moyen and its surroundings.
Throughout the weekend, come and discover the new museum of the local archaeological museum of the Mortagne Valley and surroundings. The volunteers of the Société d'Archéologie de Gerbéviller will make you discover through the museum and its permanent collections, the history and archaeology of Lunévillois.
For the JEP, we focused on the furniture discovered during the archaeological operations carried out on the ancient rural settlement of Lana Wood. _
Rendezvous Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 from 2pm to 6pm at the Château de Moyen. _

Castle built by the Bishops of Metz in 1441\. Its architecture has evolved over the course of its history punctuated by numerous seats.
The entire site covers one and a half hectares. There is a restored seigneurial house with exhibition rooms, a consolidated episcopal palace, and remains of walls and towers.
