Come and discover all the stages of the manufacture of eau-de-vie, from the still to bottling.

At the Eaux-de-Vie Museum, you will discover the history of distillation and dive into the world of a passionate collector.
A unique collection in the world of 8,000 cute wines, bistro carafes, glass bottles, bottles of the eighteenth century, 300 bottles of liqueurs of the 1950s... without forgetting many objects related to absinthe, before its ban in 1915 until its rebirth in 1998.
You can finish your visit with a tasting of our products (eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, creams, absinthe...)

In the centre of the small village of Lapoutroie, it is the old(former) relay of post(post office) of the XVIIIth century s. that welcomes the museum of brandies and of liqueurs. Different stages of manufacturing in the old(former) of brandies realised with fruit with the material(equipment) of time(period) are discovered to it. Several collections are exposed(explained) all year long: more than 5000 miniatures, pourers, old(former) posters, as well as quite unique collection of 300 bottles of liqueurs of 1950\. All history(story) of the Absinthe, Muse of the painters and of the poets, since Swiss origin, then ban and finally revival
