The municipal baths were built following an architectural competition held in 1926\. The building was built in 1928 by Gustave Oberthur with sculptures by Alfred Marzolff. The master glassmaker is Th. Bohl.
The building was transformed into an Association Space by Haguenovian architect Alfred Guillier in 2014\. This space is now dedicated to music with three studios, a recording control... The Bains Rock de Haguenau are open to any amateur or confirmed musician who wishes to rehearse in a suitable place.
