The Muhleisen organ factory in the Lower Rhine established a new organ in the buffet dating from the early 18th century, classified as a Historical Monument.
On October 27, 2013, a blessing mass and an inaugural concert celebrated the return of the organ to the Citadel Church.

Church of citadel built from 1753 till 1756 by Jacques-François Lelièvre, entrepreneur(contractor) of the fortifications of the city(estate). The church succeeded a building of XITH - XIITH century which turned out too small for the inhabitants of the High City and the state of which was faulty. The new church recovering the old(former) cemetery, they incorporated the chapel of the family of Allamond in collateral north. The church will undergo bombardments in the course of the war of 1870\. The facade is framed(supervised) of two square towers. This important massif leaves to imagine not at all the internal organisation of the nave. On pillars big(great) arcades run(roam) mouldings of which were raised(enhanced) of a yellow polychromy(process printing) favouring surge(flight) and balance of this vessel.
