The «City of Art and History» convention of the City of Troyes was signed in February 2010\. It develops several lines of work aimed at the public and, in particular, young audiences.
The first axis is the development of heritage and the promotion of architectural quality. The heritage and cultural project is divided into two parts. First of all, it is a question of highlighting a heritage and cultural project in solidarity as a vector of social ties, economic development and urbanity. It is also a question of using the development of a heritage and cultural project as a factor of enrichment and development of skills, know-how and reputation.
The second axis concerns the development of a public policy. The measures put in place are the awareness of residents and professionals about their architectural and landscaped environment, the introduction of young people to architecture and heritage and the reception of visitors.
