Come and discover, during a concert, the chamber music with the musicians of the Orchestre national de Metz Grand Est.

Due to its small staff, as well as its formal reduction, the chamber music repertoire is wrongly considered minor. However, the minimalist conditions of these works are for composers stimulating challenges requiring an impeccable mastery of all the stakes of the compositional act. Aside from the tribute to the Messian composer Gabriel Pierné, this program celebrates female voices in the world of composition and invites you to discover the acts of bravery of composers Rebecca Clarke (1886-1979), Edith Canat de Chizy (1950-), Suzanne Giraud (1958-), Graciane Finzi (1945-) and Betsy Jolas (1926-).

This church has a 12th century Romanesque choir, a 15th century nave, a Baroque facade and stained glass windows by Jean Cocteau, built from 1962 to 1973\. At the end of his life, the brilliant polygrapher created an autobiographical work based on his life and his literary, theatrical and cinematographic work. In shades of blue, the stained glass windows represent figures, crosses, animals, flowers or even masks.
