What future for grapes?
Jean-François Perrot-Minnot and Thierry Gasco, representatives of the Union des Œnologues de France – Région Champagne, will be delighted to discuss with you the constraints of viticulture past and present.
The exchange will be followed by a tasting of products made with verjus by the students of the Lycée des métiers Gustave Eiffel, as well as verjus wine itself.

Classified as historical monuments, this 17th-century architectural complex includes a library, a masterpiece of French Baroque art, and a refectory adorned with woodwork and paintings by John Helart recounting the life of St Ignatius of Loyola and St Francis Xavier, founders of the Society of Jesus.
In the Cour des Pères, one can admire a sundial and vines brought from the Holy Land by the Jesuits, also dating from the seventeenth century.
After the reopening of the FRAC Champagne-Ardenne, the Former Jesuit College is still under construction to host the Sciences Po Euro-American campus.
