Come discover the booklet created by about forty children during the summer, after having surveyed the different districts of Bar-le-Duc.

As part of their active educational holidays, they discovered through guide-speakers of the places and monuments of their city, and put in shape and words their creation through a photographer, a writer and an illustrator.
In a word, come and meet them to see how heritage, writing, art and creation are allied in this project!

Built outside the city in 1803, the current Hôtel-de-Ville is due to the will of Marshal Charles-Nicolas Oudinot to own in his hometown a dwelling worthy of his position as a military officer. Built between courtyard and garden according to the aesthetic canons of the time, it was acquired by the municipality in 1868, following the death of the widow of the Marshal, to install his common house and offer the Barisians a green park in the heart of the city.
