The gardens of the Niederwyhl farm present themselves with all their complexity! They entertain with their flowers and fragrant shrubs. They feed with their tasty vegetables. They care for the family and even the animals with their medicinal and aromatic plants. They also preserve plants that all had a use in ancient times.

The farm of Niederwyhl occupies a quite small valley. The domain is located in an exceptional context of volcanic rocks. The farm was rebuilt in 1642, shortly after the war of 30 years.
