Inspiriert von Satellitenbildern imitiert diese verschlüsselte Landschaft einen Blick auf den Himmel, von dem aus die Spuren menschlicher Aktivitäten aktiviert werden. Diese Tausende von Gebäuden, mal Fassaden, mal Leinwände, werden vom Licht verschönert und spiegeln das urbane Leben wider, dessen Echo vom höchsten Gipfel der Stadt eingefangen wurde: dem Straßburger Münster Notre-Dame.

Inspired by satellite imagery, this encrypted landscape mimics a view of the sky from which traces of human activity are activated. Sublimated by the light, these thousands of buildings, sometimes façades, sometimes screens, then produce the reflection of urban life, the echo of which was captured from the highest peak of the city: the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Strasbourg.

Ispirato alle immagini satellitari, questo paesaggio numerico mima una vista del cielo da cui si attivano tracce di attività umane. Sublimate dalla luce, queste migliaia di edifici, a volte facciate, a volte schermi, producono allora il riflesso della vita urbana, la cui eco è stata catturata dalla cima più alta della città: la cattedrale di Notre-Dame di Strasburgo.

Inspiré par l’imagerie satellitaire, ce paysage chiffré mime une vue du ciel depuis laquelle s’activent les traces d’activités humaines. Sublimés par la lumière, ces milliers d’édifices, tantôt façades, tantôt écrans, produisent alors le reflet de la vie urbaine, dont l’écho a été capturé depuis le plus haut sommet de la ville : la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg.
