The Media library of Troy champagne Métropole, opened in 2002, is implanted at the heart of the city(estate), in a building(ship) in the audacious(adventurous) architecture, rewarded by the price(prize) of contemporary architecture "the Carpenter's square of Money(Silver)". She pursues an active policy of digitization of her bottoms and proposes a wide online range of services. The media library is an establishment of public reading and of patrimonial promotion(valuation) benefiting from the label "Mémoire du Monde " of the UNESCO.
