Free. Upon registration: to allow everyone a good understanding of the explanations, it will be constituted only a group of visitors, 40 to 50 people maximum. Provide good footwear and possibly boots.

Discover the «Vî fournia», a blast furnace capital for the understanding of the Ardennes.
From the parking lot of Linchamps, facing the church, to the old furnace, a walk accompanied and commented by M. Maxence Pieters, archaeologist, and members of the Pays des Hautes-Rivières.
On site, Mr. Pieters will explain the importance of the survey excavations carried out in 2021 and the richness of the place for the understanding of the development of metallurgy in our department.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk.
