About the location

Église Saint-Joseph
Place Saint-Joseph, 41000 Blois

At the heart of the new district of Kennedy, the church was realised in 1965 by the architect blésois Mark Paget. This church with its 850 seats that can see the bad-mannered altar, is the biggest(greatest) of Blois. Since the end of March, 2015, it is possible to see in the right(straight) side chapel, a fresco " scagliola " representing the origin of the Creation realised by P. Nicolas Pelat, priest and Companion(Journeyman) plasterer stucco plasterer decorator of the Tour de France. Numerous stained-glass windows realised by P. Henry Smit, founding priest. It is also possible to see several works of Jacques El Khaddar.
