The Ecole de la Nature et du Paysage, which trains landscape engineers, has been installed since the fall of 2007 in one of the workshops of the Poulain chocolate factory, the north workshop built in 1919\. This manufacturing workshop has been listed as a historical monument since 1997, especially for the modernity of its concrete manufacturing principles. To accommodate the school, it was rehabilitated by architect Patrick Rubin.
