Céramiques gallo-romaines. 1er siècle. Amboise. Service de l'Archéologie du département d'Indre-et-Loire

The Department of Archaeology of Indre-et-Loire opens its doors to you. Come and meet professionals who work to preserve your prehistoric and historic heritage in all its dimensions: from fragment to monument…
Your visit will also be an opportunity to discover objects found on recent excavations that testify that our ancestors recycled, reused or diverted from their original use objects that they or their ancestors had made.
An old ceramic restorer will be present to explain the different techniques she uses to reconstitute and preserve this fragile material.
