Penfret Fort and Lighthouse Tour
The fort and lighthouse will be open to the public as part of the JEP. It will be possible to access the lighthouse gallery (waiting possible) and visit two renovated rooms of the fort.

Conditions
Free entrance/ The climb to the lighthouse gallery is done in small groups of 5\. The means of access to the island is not provided. The reception takes place at the fort’s door.

Fort and Penfret Lighthouse (18th century) The fort is a 1846 model built around 1855. It was used over 3 periods (1860-1889, 1914-1918, 1939-1945). Two rooms have been renovated and will be visited during a guided tour. It will also be possible to climb to the lighthouse gallery (in small groups of 5).
