Discover the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine Collegiate Church and its former cloister. Recently restored, this building classified as Historical Monuments, is one of the jewels of the Renaissance in Brittany, both by its architecture and by its remarkable furniture.

The collegiate church of Champeaux was built at the initiative of the lords of Epinay. The nave and chapels forming transept are from the 2nd half of the 15th century as well as the chapels located to the north of the choir. The latter was rebuilt between 1522 and 1550 and includes a set of stalls carved around 1530, it contains the tomb of Guy III d'Epinay who died in 1551 and his wife Louise de Goulaine who died in 1567\. It is docked to the south of the chapel of Epinay erected in 1594 by Julien Ricand as well as the crypt, and a chapter hall completed in 1604\. The bell tower is a construction of 1720\. Cemetery cross of the 16th century. Jubé destroyed.
