Today called «House of Outreleau», the bourgeois house located at the end of the street Jean-Claude Jégat is the old(former) property of the director of the annexed ex-dairy Bernard. The Bernard dairy is created in 1925 in Tréleau. In 1955, buildings(ships) are acquired(bought back) by SILVI (dairy industrial company(society) of the Val d' Ivy), which throws(launches) to it the first industrial production of butter pasteurised in Pontivy. New premises(places) are then built. Having transferred a part(party) of its activities in industrial zone in 1965, SILVI stops its activity definitely in Tréleau in 1971\. In 1997, the city acquires(buys back) buildings(ships) to instal(settle) its technical services(departments) there. Having welcomed the academy of music, the old(former) property of the director of the dairy, totally renovated in 2011 further to a violent fire happened in 2008, shelters today diverse associations.
