Jardin Exotique & Botanique de Roscoff
29680 Roscoff
The Southern Hemisphere in Northern Finistère: the Exotic & Botanical Garden of Roscoff, with an area of 1,6 ha, 3500 subtropical plants, was created in 1987 and is managed by the association G.R.A.P.E.S. The garden presents to the public one of the largest collections of southern plants and cacti cultivated outdoors in our climates; an incredible botanical richness with plants from South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, South America, the Canary Islands and Madeira and other distant lands. The exceptional panoramic view that offers a granite chaos of 18 meters high allows to contemplate the bay of Morlaix, the new marina and to apprehend the garden in its entirety. The pools, waterfalls, and fountain bring their freshness. The fish that inhabit them will delight young and old alike. The Exotic & Botanical Garden of Roscoff is above all a world of flowers, colors, extraordinary scents in an enchanting environment. Change of scenery, intoxication of distant lands, a boon for photo lovers
