Chapelle Notre-Dame-des-Vertus
Les Vertus, 56230 Berric
A first stage of construction of the building was completed in 1488, as evidenced by the inscription carved on a sand pit. With an elongated rectangular plan, it retains from this period the entire eastern part with its flamboyant style bedside window, and, to the south, a basket handle door whose embrace is supported by carved culots. The rest of the building was rebuilt in the 16th century. Its western facade is adorned with a portal that wraps, in a large pointed arch with retreats, two twin doors in basket handle whose braces apply on the tympanum.
