To discover: the Roman parish church of Saint-Saturnin -last vestige of the castral village of Vergy - The site of the old fortress, one of the most powerful in France, dismantled by order of Henri IV in 1609, the abbey of Saint-Vivant being safeguarded.

The hill of Vergy, an unique(only) site in Bourgogne in history(story) more than millennium, where medieval epic poems and courtly loves are evoked across the history(story) of the House of Vergy.
