Laives Patrimoine

Discovery of a keystone with Virgo and cherubs.
This chapel is beautifully preserved. Painted frescoes surround the altar with a three-part altarpiece. This one is made of stone and the landscapes in the background are painted.
The "revolutionaries", we think, have somewhat degraded the faces of these sculptures. But the passion of Christ represented remains magnificent. The keystone represents the Virgin surrounded by cherubs.
For the rest, a lot of additional information will be delivered on the spot. Happy European Heritage Days to all.
