Regularly, during these two days of Saturday and Sunday, hospitable ladies wander again in the Hôtel-Dieu. It is thus the whole atmosphere of this old hospital that is raised by the presence of the "servants of the poor" as they liked to designate themselves. These hospitable ladies are dressed in their traditional blue wool cloth costume and wearing hennin. The Hospital Sisters of the Hôtel-Dieu wore this costume until the early 1960s. Visitors in the first half of the 20th century were fascinated by his ladies who came and went into courtrooms and courtrooms, immersing them in the atmosphere of the 15th century hospital, when Chancellor Rolin and his wife Guigone de Salins founded it.
