Before being modern buildings where one manufactures and sells the County, the fruit groves are first of all forms of collective organization millennia of cheese making guard that have marked the history of the Jura massif.
The unique visit will take place on two sites between 14:00 and 17:00. It will begin in Lemuy (Jura), a village where we will discover the history of the fruit groves of the Jura massif, from the nomadic fruit grower of the 15th century to the model chalet of 1910.
Then, the visit will continue with the presentation of the production site of a cheese dairy cooperative in Salins-les-Bains. It will end with the tasting of a piece of Comté.
