The Saussy Tower is the only water tower in France whose lift pump was powered by a wind turbine. Since 2018, our association has undertaken to restore this masterpiece of 19th century industrial architecture; panels illustrate the first works. A surprise awaits our visitors inside the building, which will be exceptionally open. On site: refreshment bar, memories of your visit, possibility to join to allow the continuation of the work. A horse-drawn carriage can take you to the historic carousel built by Paul BREDIN, the same man who designed the tower. We will then invite you to go to Val Suzon where the restoration of the Forges continues.
